Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set out the conditions and procedures for using the website (www.edgenomix.com, hereinafter the "Site") operated by EdgenomiX (hereinafter the "Company"), as well as matters concerning the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.

1. "Site" means the website (www.edgenomix.com) that the Company operates to provide information about the Company and its products and services.
2. "User" means a person who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Site in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Content" means all information posted on the Site, including text, images, video, designs, logos, and materials.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Site. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws; in the event of an amendment, the Company will announce it on the Site before the effective date, specifying the effective date and the content of the amendment. If you continue to use the Site after the amended Terms have been announced, you are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Services Provided)

The Company provides the following services through the Site.

1. Providing information about the Company and its products and services
2. Deployment consultation and receipt of inquiries
3. Guidance via the AI chatbot
4. Other services determined by the Company

The Company may change the content of the services or temporarily suspend them for maintenance or similar reasons as required for operational or technical needs, and in such cases will provide the necessary notice on the Site.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the Content posted on the Site belong to the Company or the rightful owner. Without the Company's prior written consent, users may not use the Content for commercial purposes, or allow third parties to use it, by means such as reproduction, transmission, distribution, publication, or the creation of derivative works.

Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)

The information posted on the Site is provided for the purpose of general guidance about the Company and its products and services. Specific transaction conditions, such as product specifications, fees, scope of provision, and schedules, are finalized through individual contracts, and no contractual rights or obligations arise from the information on the Site alone. The Company makes efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate, and is exempt from liability where it is unable to provide services due to causes beyond its responsibility, such as force majeure or communication failures.

Article 7 (Paid Services)

Browsing the Site and submitting inquiries are provided free of charge. Matters concerning the conditions of use, fees, payment, and refunds for the products and services provided by the Company are governed by individual contracts or by separately announced terms.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to these Terms and to matters concerning use of the Site. In the event of a dispute between the Company and a user in connection with use of the Site, both parties shall consult with each other to reach an amicable resolution; if no agreement is reached, an action may be brought before the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

Addendum

These Terms take effect on June 12, 2026.
