Overview

How This HMI Works

It displays the individual voltage of up to 24 series cells as a graphic bar and highlights the lowest and highest cells, the deviation (mV) and the balancing cells. Chemistry, cell count, capacity and protection thresholds are configured on the screen, so it applies to different packs without replacing firmware.

Key Features

Per-Cell Monitoring

Displays up to 24S individual cell voltages, deviation (mV) and balancing cells.

Dashboard

Provides an SOC donut gauge and large tiles for pack voltage/current/power/remaining capacity.

Bidirectional Current

Shows charge/discharge sign indication and a live chart of power and remaining time.

SOC · SOH · Lifespan

Displays full-charge capacity, cumulative cycles and lifespan stage (good/caution/replace).

27 Protections · Alarms

Covers over/under-voltage, over-current, over/under-temperature, MOSFET over-temperature, imbalance and communication loss.

Temperature · MOSFET

Displays per-sensor temperature, charge/discharge MOSFET status and limits (CVL/CCL/DCL).

How It Connects to Your Equipment

  • RS-485 Modbus / CAN (Pylontech, etc.)
  • Wi-Fi · Ethernet
  • OTA

Every EGNOX custom HMI commonly supports Wi-Fi/Ethernet networking, OTA over-the-air firmware updates (signature verification and rollback), remote screen viewing via a web browser, and multilingual operation (Korean/English). The communication register map is mapped during the screen-design stage to match the equipment model.
